Legal basis of Paradigm

Paradigm (ex-Brussels Regional Informatics Centre) was created by the Law of 21 August 1987, amended by the Ordinance of 20 May 1999 on its reorganisation and by the Ordinance of 29 March 2001. The Ordinance of 8 May 2014 established the BRIC as the regional services integrator.
